Kotobagura(Library)
The concept is a ``park-like library'' where anyone can easily visit and interact. In 2016, we received the "Library of the Year" grand prize, which is given to libraries that engage in advanced activities.
It has approximately 400,000 books in its collection, and in addition to functioning as a library such as lending books, it also holds a variety of events such as citizen-initiated projects.
