Kawanishi Cultural Heritage Museum
Opened in 1993 as a facility that stores, organizes and exhibits cultural properties unearthed in locations within the city, such as the Kamo remains. Around 300 discovered items such as earthenware, stoneware, bronze vessels, clay figures and roof tiles that were unearthed from the Kamo road remains, Eikon remains, Shofuku-ji Temple Tumulus or Mangan-ji Temple have been categorized according to time, from prehistory to the middle ages.
