Sansho Kombu (Japanese-Pepper Kombu Kelp)
A product of Sanshoya Honke, a tsukudani (food simmered in soy sauce) store that was founded in 1926, the first year of the Showa Period. Natural Hokkaido kombu kelp and Japanese pepper are cooked separately, and then combined to make Japanese-pepper kombu kelp. The refreshing aroma and taste are exceptional.
