There is a large hall (947 fixed seats (10 wheelchair seats)) with high functionality and facilities that can respond to a variety of needs when holding events such as conventions, ceremonies, cultural festivals or presentations and even performing arts and professional concerts. There is also a small hall mainly catering to music for reciting and listening to small scale classical music such as chamber music and choruses with the ideal acoustic characteristics. There is also a rehearsal room, exhibition room, practice room, recording room and Japanese-style room that can be used for small scale concerts.
