- The Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum

- With its motto "love of nature and respect to life," this museum opened in 1994 to spread the legacy of Takarazuka's hometown hero, manga artist Osamu Tezuka.
A monument to Tezuka's life work, Firebird, greets visitors at the entrance.
You'll also find numerous exhibits featuring recreations of pages from his most famous manga series, including Astro Boy and Princess Knight. There are plenty of things to do here, from Atom Vision (a screening room showing original anime), to a hands-on anime workshop and a library featuring Tezuka's works.
