/ Itami Aiphonic Hall (Itami City Music Hall)
Itami Aiphonic Hall (Itami City Music Hall)
This music hall gives not only residents, but also visitors from around the world, the chance to learn more about a wide variety of musical culture topics. Among the events it hosts are the World Music Program, a performance that introduces the music of numerous world cultures and eras, and the Culture Salon "Topic Discovery," a course for local residents that was created in conjunction with the Program.
The Main Hall, perfect for classical concerts, seats 502 (of which 4 are wheelchair-accessible); acoustics are impressive, too, with a reverberation time of 1.9 seconds. The two smaller halls have 70 removable chairs, and are great for hosting mini-concerts and group rehearsals. Three practice rooms are often used for individual or partial practices.
