Ichijyuku Curry was developed by Kawanishi City and Osaka Aoyama University under a regional cooperation agreement to revitalize the local community through food.
Using Kawanishi City’s specialty figs “Asadori no Megumi” (Bounty from Morning Harvest) as the main ingredient, this mildly spicy curry uses generous amounts of Japanese minced beef and onions, and balances the richness of chicken stock and pork bouillon with the sweetness of figs. Contains no chemical seasonings.
A sachet of spices is included for you to adjust the level of spiciness to your liking, so that both adults and children can enjoy it.
